We love these towel bars (installed two in our bathroom remodel) and they went in really easy and look great. Unfortunately after about a year of use the wing style nylon anchors that were supplied with the bars began to loosen. We don't have children tugging at the towels so this was a mystery until I decided to remove one of the bars and see what the issue was. It turns out that the wings on the anchors had either broken away completely from the body or had partially broken away as they appeared to have become weakened or brittle. I had to pull them out and replace them with the oversize tapered plastic screw in heavy duty style anchors available at most hardware stores. Moen should rethink the use of these anchors in lieu of more heavy duty ones. It could be that because these are dual towel rods there is a greater moment created since the outer bar is further away from the wall.
