a little expensive but great for those nights when you have a hard time sleeping. works much better than nightquill brand of sleep aide which is only benadryl. this one works a little different. you dont feel groggy the next day from it. taste not so great but then again alot medication doesnt taste so good.

Wow! My ADHD medication had caused severe sleep deprivation, with me seriously not sleeping 💤… I would literally not sleep for days on end, then doze for an hour or two at night… and be exhausted during the day. This is horrible for one's health and one's brain. My PCP prescribed a sleeping pill that was supposed to not have any scary side effects… but it didn't work. This tiny pill? One that's basically an antihistamine? No, not Benadryl- that doesn't work and is terrible for anyone long term (look it up). This is much safer, and I'm astounded that a 25 mg pill, ONE tiny pill can work so well to make me go to sleep and KEEP me asleep 😴 for 6-8 hours! What a blessing this is! The first time I took it got me 4 hours. I mean, HALLELUJAH and a happy dance 💃🏽! The second got me 6 hours, and now it's a good 7-8 of restful sleep. I canNOT remember when I've slept so well, and I wake up feeling GOOD- not groggy. Not with any weird feelings or anything. I hope that it will help YOU get some better sleep 💤 and rest… 💖
