Kingston Brass faucet issues

This is a heavy brass faucet with nice finish; however, the first one I received had a manufacturing defect (the spout was crooked and could not be straightened). As a builder, we buy our trim materials well in advance of installation, so I did not discover the defect until I installed the trim well after their 90 day warranty period ended. I think it is unconscionable that they would stick a consumer with a defective product and not offer to replace it free, but I guess that's the way some people run their businesses. That was my first experience with Kingston Brass. This one was the replacement faucet I had to buy and it was missing a washer. Hopefully, they will send me one.
