KB Customer Service is Poor

The faucet is what you get today. However, one cross-shaped porcelain handle was loose on its brass bushing. The porcelain handle would turn 1/4" without moving the actual stem. I contacted the seller, who was helpful in working with KB, but instead of KB simply apologizing and sending a new $2 handle, KB insisted on a photo. I explained that the photo would not show the movement, and a video is 25 MB- too big to email. They still insisted on a photo. They seem to value process more than customers. Now they have one fewer customer to worry about. I will avoid KB next time. The service is very, very poor. And after all, what else matters?
