WHY PURCHASE SMALLED BAGS?!?

Kingsford started out with the 20lb bags and then reduced to 18lbs … then to 16lbs!!! Was in a store that was selling the 16lb gas the same price as when they were 20lbs! I told a man who had picked up two double bags that Sam's Club had the 20lb double bags for the same price … he immediately put them back and drove from Roanoke Rapids to Rocky Mount!
