We let it rise to full potential for 3 days. Bought it for my son. We've had it since October, he absolutely loves it, I try and kick him out of his room so I can nap lol. I have a super soft bed. And as I'm getting older I much rather his mattress to my 2k mattress. Yes the sides are. Little soft. But that's not where you sleep. The main area is firm but not hard. Truly comfortable especially for side sleepers.

placed matress on bed Monday 1 pm,im writing this message at 9pm Thurs!It has only reached 13"!Feel certain matress is not expanding any more!Other issue i have is matress is not strong on bed edges!I would not recommend this matress in 14" size for elderly people!I am 72 but im healthy and conditioned for my age and i am careful sitting on edges!Plus i am over 6 ft and weight is 165 lbs!A bigger person would have safety issues using this matress in this height!My honest opinion!
