Great flour; great price
Sprouted wheat flour from a respected and trusted brand. Performed well in my homemade bread. Sprouted flours are still a nîche market, quite pricey, so finding this flour was a pleasant surprise. Iâll purchase again.

King Arthur makes an excellent product...but it was puzzling that your staff decided to pack a small bag of flour into an enormous box, then fill the box with reams of brown paper. Since I had asked JET to caution packing staff that items were arriving with broken bags of flour, broken bottles, leaking jars of olives, I have to assume that such a prank was staff response to an earnest and respectful customer request that we receive the items we purchase, intact and in a timely manner without having to wait additional days for replacements. That said, I do not anticipate making future purchases, it's just not worth the aggravation.
