Pricey, but if you miss wheat bread, it's worth it
This flour GF flour has Gluten Free wheat starch and that's a game-changer! The breads you can make with this flour are excellent in taste and texture; very similar to regular wheat bread. My daughter has used it to make biscuits as well as loaves of bread.

Works very well in gluten free quick bread recipes. I get a better result than a pricier brand that I had been using. Does not work with yeast bread recipes. King Arthur makes a yeast bread blend that I am still learning to use. Gluten free yeast breads are not easy... I don't care what anyone says.
