Awesome sauce for veggie fajitas
I tried several seasonings and sauces for veggie (different colors of bell peppers onions) fajitas. I can tell this is the best. Sauted the veggies and then let it simmer in this sauce for about 5 mins. Sauce is a slightly sweet, so I added a pinch of salt and chili powder for contrast. Nice taste when chewing on the veggies - as-is or with salsa. Yummy in my tummy.

I used to love the fajitas at Wingers. However since they went out of business I've been trying to figure out how to make them that good at home. This is the closest I've come, make your fajitas and right at the end coat your peppers, onions, and chicken in this tasty sauce and serve.
