That said, the price is better than anywhere else (like my local grocery store, Publix). I am Vegan and have to follow a gluten-free diet, so finding cereal/granola is difficult. This provides a great taste and good amount of protein. I eat a small bowl nearly every morning with almond milk and fresh blueberries. Sometimes I put a bit in non-dairy yogurt as a snack.
