This is really good. I've been making Mongolian beef with it, although I cut the brown sugar in half using my recipe, and added a smidge of pepper flakes, it turn out really well. I was told 'Keep this recipe'. Praise indeed at my house. I think the heat level is perfect in this, although I added a bit, we like it extra spicy.
