Highly recommend electric air pump. Your lungs won't make it without. Hard part is putting air in soo many of ballss w/very cheap pump ($15). Super ez to assemble ( use Command hooks 3-5, %26 thread to attach. Comes with a strip to attach balloons %26 glue dots to fill in. Start with large the med..small are for fill in once hung (glue dots) Make sure that the balloons are only blown up to round not pear shaped round maybe 2/3 of air go in it round round round. My first time %26 mine looked like pic (comes no directions). So remember this. SUPER HAPPY!
