I want someone to know both my 146 piece balloon kits were short balloons. One kit had 122 piece and Second kit had 123 pieces. Short 47 balloons. I shop alot on this app, so now i must go to the store to purchase more balloons for an event this week. Too late to send back order. Someone needs to make this right.
