Dress is cute. The top is a thin t-shirt fabric but the print on it is okay. The skirt is a thin white muslin (typically used to line a skirt) with strips of colored tulle. Very basic quality and runs very small. My 9-year old daughter is small for her size, and she could barely get in and out of the 9-10 to try it on. Will be returning.
