FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THEIVES

i ordered a large for my albino special needs child, and when we received it, it wouldn't even fit as a medium!! I initiated a return and they tried to only say I'd get 20% back, so I went off on them for false advertisement (CLEARLY this was more like a snall NOT a large) And for trying to scam people knowing that it was the wrong size and only offering a tiny partial refund.. And here I am a widowed disabled. Mother of a special needs child. A child that has to wear one of these all her life, because she's out by now. And these people want to rip me off. I can't even imagine the countless other customers. They've light too with the false advertisement and ripped off with partial refunds! I'm copying and pasting this publicly everywhere and reporting them to walmart.com! DON'T BUY FROM THESE THEIVING SCAMMERS
