Does not work well
There is a small gap between the area where you push the food up and the metal grinder. So if you only want to do a few slices of food for your baby, it won't work. I placed 2 large broccoli florets in and the gap is so large that it just smashed the broccoli down but I could not push it through the grinder. Then I tried a few green beans, and the same thing happens. You have to have large amounts of food for it to work and still you are going to waste whatever is in that small gap that won't push through. So instead of being able to share samples of our dinner with our baby, we must go back to using a fork to mash the food up. Very annoying and wish I had not bought it.
