Kichler Riviera 11 1/2" Wide Olde Bronze Fluted Glass Mini Pendant

This is a beautiful light, I love the decorative glass and it looks so classy with an Edison lightbulb. It is easy to install and made of quality materials. One thing to be sure of, is that you verify your measurements before you purchase this light. It is quite a bit larger than you might think and also hangs down quite a bit lower than you may think. Our dining room has very high ceilings so we had enough headspace for it to make sense, I'm sure you can shorten the drop but we did not do that in our case. I could imagine these in a restaurant over tables, they would be beautiful! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I installed three of these above my 10 ft island and have them on dimmer switches. They are very practical for task lighting so I can prep food on the island with no problem. Then I can dim them for a softer look. These lights are more of a transitional style— they aren't too traditional or too modern. I love the shape and size of the glass as well as the dark bronze down rod. Two cons— it takes some fiddling to get them to sit level on the rod so they are all hanging straight. Also, you have to remove them to clean with soap and water so trying not to get fingerprints and hanging them back straight is a bit of a production. They really add a lot of interest to our kitchen so I would buy again.
