This thing is daunting! Don't think of it as a simple little pull it out and screw it to the wall job. It requires a good bit of assembly and IS HEAVY! Completely solid, it was actually too much for where we wanted to put it and we had to move it to another room. Keep in mind when you're looking at this to order that 24" is two feet. The fan is massive, and takes up a huge amount of real estate on whatever wall you put it on- it also juts out a good ways. But for that "small" inconvenience of it being way heavy and way big.... you get what you pay for! This fan is powerful. I mean, hurricane powerful. No paper plates or napkins will survive in its wake on high. All in all, we love it. It matched our aesthetic, produces some awesome air, and just overall is of great quality.
