I really like that the price is comparable to fresh in the store. Also, it is a quick solution when you are hungry and tired. I've used it with taco seasoning and sloppy joe mix. I've eaten it as a sloppy joe, a homemade burrito, a taco salad, and a taco pizza. All were good and convenient. The appearance and texture are the same as fresh cooked ground beef. Also, with today's prices and it being in a can, it is more sustainable. It can't thaw and ruin or get too warm and spoil. Being shelf ready is an advantage.

Innovative, healthy, and delicious
I have only bought this once through Amazon in the 48-oz size Walmart does not offer but I assume it would be the same as in this smaller can. I am careful on how much saturated fat I take in and this product had less than even extra lean fresh ground beef has. It came out of the can in a densely packed form but separated easily and blended easily and completely into a batch of macaroni and cheese. The taste was just as good as the fresh stuff but cheaper and lower in fat. After my first can this will be a staple in my kitchen from now on.
