How to use:
1. Place the stepper in a flat place such as the bedroom, living room, office, etc. If you are used to leaving with your left foot first, press the left foot pedal firmly on the ground with your foot, and then stand up with your right foot.
2. Both feet are going down. After about a minute, the thighs began to numb. Did you know that because the resistance of the stepper comes from the hydraulic resistance system, it needs a constant stepping force. One foot is pressed tightly, the other foot is pressed tightly and loosely.
3. Adapted to the amplitude and rhythm. Can adapt to accelerate the later step. Maximize the effect of your exercise. About 3 minutes, one side of the thigh begins to burn lipid, and the calf begins to tighten. About 5 minutes, my waist began to sweat and my buttocks began to tighten.
