Excellent!
I recently stumbled upon this product. I read the nutritional facts and was happy that this is a keto friendly flour (it comparable to coconut flour in carbs and fat, except for protein which has alot more that coconut. I made an incredible Lebanese/arabic bread with it. The only downside is that there is no bigger package.

Excellent!
An excellent low carb, gluten free substitute for plain flour. I use it in both sweet and savoury cooking and it tastes great. Baking powder works as a rising agent. This product is actually lower in protein than other brands which makes it an excellent product if you are on a keto diet and need a good balance of carbs, protein and fat.

The price is just great and the quality of the product is amazing. The composition is only sesame with nothing else added, super easy to use. The package is durable and reusable, the size of it is just perfect to use at my recipes and balance my diet!
