Drizzle Fan Finds Fave Honey
I adore a honey drizzle on just about everything for the flavor highlight that it imparts, and Oaxaca honey has a genuine flavor that brightens and brings a high to the complimenting ingredients of a dish. Currently, I am loving this in my homemade limeade and drizzled on fresh berries.

not quite like buckwheat Honey but close
I was looking for buckwheat Honey but it wasn't available and iherb suggested I try this one instead. I have not heard of it before but I thought I would like to try it since I'm a Honey fan. It has that strong slightly bitter taste which is what I liked about the buckwheat Honey. so it did the job! it's not the same but I like it still and will probably order again. I use it on toasted breads alone or with almond or peanut butter.
