Cumin seeds and cinammon
The seeds are high quality and fresh. Started this product with cinnamon with my fruit and yogurt pre breakfast regime. I think they work well together. I take the seeds with water. to avoid breaking down the seeds by chewing.
Immunity Booster - Worked So Far
I started using Kevala's black cumin seeds (nigella sativa) in 2020 - 2.25 grams once in the morning & once in the late evening - to boost immunity, due to several studies showing benefit. I haven't had even a sniffle since beginning to use the product. Nigella sativa seeds are easy to eat as they are, but I blend them into other supplement powders (such as AKG, Beta Alanine, Glycine, Creatine) and water I'm taking at the same time.

I bought these for their health benefits and have made a tea with them and pulverized to add to food. Everyone talks of how strong tasting these are but I really had no issue with them. Even put teaspoon full in my mouth and chewed them up and it wasn't so bad,
