Hello christy! We'd love to take care of your issue. You said our product did not work on the listed model. We reviewed our listing and did not find any models listed for which our product is not compatible. Pelase reach out with the model number you are referring to. Also, please note that some models, usch as the B150 for example would need the mechanical water tank plumbable unit in order to work. B150P is the model that already comes sold with it, otherwise, you'd have to purchase the "Plumbkit" (name given to the mechanical plumbable water tanke) separatedly as the models not ending in a P (150 and 155's) usually come with a manual fill tank.
