I absolutely love this vanity mirror. I was afraid to order it because other recent reviewers stated that their mirrors arrived shattered. Mine arrived fully intact and fully operational with two bonus replacement bulbs and a 10x magnification mirror as advertised. I checked the dimmer function, brightness function, and the USB charging port. Assembly of the attaching the base to the mirror was very easy to do. I'm so pleased with this purchase that I might buy another one to put in a different location in the house

my teens eyes absolutely lit up when she saw this mirror. 3 lighting settings, usb for her phone or face steamer etc, magnifying %26 bonus extra lightbulb. packaging was sufficient and easy set up. I had ordered the black finish but it was out of stock - so the seller very quickly contacted me asking if I'd like the silver or full refund which was great customer service that you just dont get anymore!
