Cute ride!

First thing people say is look at the box when it arrives. There was a large hole in the side of the box with the nut that holds the axel sticking out. EEKK! I took it out of the box to see if it was okay and it didn't seem to be damage. My husband put it together and I didn't hear any swearing so that was a good sign. What a lovely bike. This electric bike does not have throttle. without a throttle it makes it starting on a up hill ride a bit hard. The simplicity of this bike makes it easy to work out how to use. Push a button and peddle and away you go.

honest review, I don't work for Kent

The directions leave you guessing, upon arrival assembly parts were all over the inside of carton. Found some seat hardware and a fork washer missing . No instructions whether the battery can be removed or not, and can't get any info online. there should be a video. nothing by Kent. The bike looks great, solid, and probably will last forever. It seems most people are bias maybe they work for Kent. Have an expert assemble it, let them get aggravated.

Beautiful bike can't wait to ride.

The wife is excited and we love the look of the bike, can't ride because it was missing a couple of screws so took a star away. Hopefully when I call Kent tomorrow they will send the screws pretty quick and not use Fedex, which took forever to deliver the bike.
