This dressing has an very good flavor from the soy & ginger without being too salty. And the reducing calories area bonus! It can be used as a salad dressing--particularly good on an Asian-style chopped salad with different kinds of cabbages. It also works as a very tasty marinade for chicken, pork or beef whether grilling, broiling or stir-frying. Finally it makes a great dipping sauce for edamame.

This dressing tastes sweet and a bit tangy. It's a perfect addition to salads and as a marinade to chicken and fish. I'm sure it would compliment tri tip or steak, but I didn't try it out. I highly recommend it though.
