Excellent hiking staff
Sturdy pole for walking over grassy leafy or rocky trails. If you regularly pick up a stick to hike with then this is the staff for you. I like the long grip space to allow for shifting your hands easily.

Best staff for all around use
I have developed some significant balance issues. The Strider Staff is by far the best support tool I have come across. Works for me far better than a cane or walking stick. It is very strong. Easily comes apart when I need to reduce the length for entering buildings etc.
