I'm very impressed that for this small price such a nicely fitting and practical mattress pad can be mine. It has every feature I need and want. I was shocked when I received the pad in the mail because the box it was packed in was so small. In fact due to the tight packing and thinnesses of the layers after opening, I thought the pad was not a standard (double) size but that it was instead made for a baby bed. Upon further inspection I realized that it was still folded in half. It's really perfect for anyone wanting a slim pad which is waterproof, topped with comfortable fabric, and washable.

I'm really pleased with this mattress cover. It's been a while but I believe I searched for ones that were mostly cotton. I did spill a bit of cocoa and change the sheet and wiped down this cover a bit but not completely. I'm elderly and have to cut corners. But when I did get to it I used a bit of spraying wash on it and it came out perfect even being set that long.
