For example, Mrs. Katz's Meatballs:
2 cups Katz Seasoned Breadcrumbs
2 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 ½ cups lukewarm water
1 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
1. Combine beef, egg
2. Add Katz Seasoned Breadcrumbs and slowly mix in water, 1/2 cup at a time, until mixture is moist, but a ball can be formed with sticking.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Transfer meatballs to a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 10-20 mins or until internal temperature of meatballs is 160 degrees.
