Instructions
Add to your favorite recipe! For example, Mrs. Katz's Mozzarella Sticks:
2 large eggs, beaten
¼ cup water
2 cups Katz Plain breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups oil for frying, or as needed
16 oz package of mozzarella string cheese
1. Whisk water and eggs together in a small bowl.
2. Add breadcrumbs to a bowl
3. Mix cornstarch with garlic salt in 3rd bowl
4. Heat oil to 365 degrees F in a large heavy saucepan.
5. Dredge a mozzarella stick in cornstarch and dip into egg mixture and press into breadcrumbs to coat.
6. Repeat with remaining mozzarella sticks.
7. Carefully add tongs to lower 3 to 4 mozzarella sticks into the hot oil.
8. Fry until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
9. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels, sprinkle with salt.

Fantastic
The bread crumbs are one of my must have products from Katz..... Please don't ever stop making these! I've tried other gluten free bread crumbs when I was out and in a pinch...but they don't even compare to this product... My fav is on turkey breast cutlets....Mmmm so good! Thank you Katz!

My grandson has a wheat allergy and does not like a lot of gluten free products. I used these bread crumbs to make chicken cutlets and he loved them. I order other items also and he loved all of them. I'm currently prepare a list for another order. Great products

Can't say enough good things about these bread crumbs, I will never use anything else again. I use them in and on everything. They even add an additional yummy flavor to a plan burger or meatloaf. They also make a great coating for chicken or pork chops.. I can't be without in my home.
