I have always disliked really ornately framed mirrors- they aren't easy to incorporate into an established decor. You essentially need to style the room around it rather than the other way around. This design fit in with my existing aesthetic very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valenti round mirror by Kate and Laurel is well made and a good decorative piece. The 18 inch mirror is the perfect size for smaller spaces and would work well on a gallery wall. I was scared the gray wash would look too outdated and trendy but it is a nice neutral that complements other more natural colored wood furnishings and furniture. The gray color leans more towards a farmhouse feel while the round shape gives a sense of a modern style. The mirror was heavier than I expected so you do have to be careful to install it securely. I was happy to see that it comes with a really thick and well attached wire to hang it, so you only need one screw. This is much better than mirrors that require two screws and will look off if they are not exactly at the same height. The weight has a lot to do with the quality of the mirror. The frame is real wood and the mirrored part is a nice glass mirror. With it being real wood, I like that if I ever get tired of the color, I can always restain or paint it. Versatility and longevity are always a good thing when it comes to home decor. The reflection on the mirror is really crisp and clear. The mirror came well packaged and didn't require any kind of cleaning. The wood grain was consistent and I couldn't find any flaws in it. Overall, this is a quality piece and a great option for a neutral round mirror.
