I like how the canvas actually sits in the frame instead of right up against it. It gives it a more modern touch. It's not textured, but the canvas "floating" in the frame gives it a 3D look. The frame itself is like a dark brass so it goes with a lot. Great way to add a touch of modern to a traditional home.
