It's not over sweetened and is more what you would expect in a healthy cereal bar...it's NOT like a candy bar, which is what I was looking for. If your dieting or just looking for a healthy replacement for snacks, this one is for you.

Lots Of Delicious Food In This Bar
To my surprise these were really good! Glad I took a chance and bought 4 boxes. Tried their almond dark chocolate too which was good and I never tried this brand for many years cause they were always so, so expensive in other stores, so when I saw how cheap the price was it was a great deal. The bar is a good amount of food and chewy which is really enjoyable too and with small bites, it lasts a good while while some brands and bars so small a few bites and the bar is finished too quick. Love the way they make these and obviously a lot of thought went into how to make them enjoyable best!!
