I would rate it 5 stars because its great for cleaning mold %26 mildew. But, the bottle leaked during shipping and the plastic bag containing the bottle was not sealed. Luckily, we noticed the leaky box before bringing it into our home. It may have done damage inside the delivery truck, from the bleach.
