I've tried several varieties of Koops' mustard and I love them all. This one is no exception! You can taste the jalapeño, and it's a really good flavor compliment to the mustard. I've had this with soft pretzels as a dip, and on chili dogs and burgers. It's excellent… we're hooked.

Really good mustard flavor. Lacking in the Jalapeno flavor. Tasted more heat than pepper flavor, which is a little sad, because I love Jalapeno flavor. But it was still a good tasting mustard.

Wow, this mustard is absolutely delicious. I thought it might be too hot, but there is a just enough heat (and great mustard taste) that this is my go-to mustard now. Better than stone ground and a good substitute for dijon. I'll be back for more!
