I am 5'8, 280 well portion, flappy arm/not too big (im in the midst of losing weight, so my fat is flat/soft), your regular size 3x then order a 3x (true to size), if you have large arms this shirt is not for you/it will be too tight on you. If, you have a big stomach/big breast you may want to re-think....... Perhaps big medium/large breast you can get away with this shirt :) This shirt is perfect for me, i would order again in a different color.
