suppose to come with bottle brushes as advertised, but no brushes included! where are they??? How does one expect to clean these bottles. They are not a one time use bottle. I do like they have raised areas for every 15 ml as most of the time the ink for these every 15ml wear off with repeated use.

Perfect size hard to poke hole in top of bottle

Liked the size of the bottle but very hard to poke a hole in top of bottle and when I did nothing would come out so I had to cut the top of it which made it come out weird. Any suggestions to cut it properly should be on package. You would think it would come already cut or poked but it does not

Yes, our nipples do not come with a hole so they can be cut to species specific. We do have a video on our petag.com website, https://petag.com/resources. This will show you how to properly cut the nipples on the nurser bottle.
