Buyer Beware

This chair came to me missing the parts necessary to put it together. I emailed the company requesting either the parts to put it together or a refund and shipping label to return it. I have been going back and forth emailing with the company, which has been incredibly frustrating. First, they said they would send the parts, then said the manufacturer was on vacation and asked me to go purchase the necessary parts. I said no, and asked for a return. They said the people that print the return labels were on vacation and it would be some time before I could get a label. Then a week later they requested a picture of the box before they could send a label. I sent that and didn't hear back. I followed up again and they said it would be 2 more days. I still never received the label. This morning I got an email and it says they checked the tracking number on the shipping label and it shows the package is "abnormal" I NEVER RECEIVED THE LABEL so I haven't returned the package. This is the most strange and frustrating encounter I have ever had trying to return a package!!
