The delivery was impressively fast—the orchid arrived right on time, and the driver was both professional and courteous. There was a small hiccup: I accidentally put my own name as the recipient. When the driver arrived, they asked the recipient for a delivery PIN, which I hadn't warned them about (and didn't know myself). The driver called me, patiently explained the situation, and waited while I searched my texts and found the PIN I'd missed earlier. I don't recall ever needing a PIN for previous Walmart deliveries, but the process was smooth thanks to the driver's help. In the end, the recipient received a beautiful pink orchid (since blue wasn't available), and the whole experience was saved by Walmart's reliable express delivery and the driver's excellent service. Because it exceeded expectations in terms of the originality of the product and the care they gave it during transportation, it arrived at the exact time they told me and they were available to deliver it on this special date even though I ordered it a day early.
