Pork Chile Verde Wet Burrito Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Juanita's Pork Chile Verde
• 1 Large 10" flour tortilla
• 2 oz shredded cheese
• 1/8 cup cooked rice
• 1/8 cup cooked beans

Directions:

1. Empty a can of Juanita's Pork Chile Verde into a saucepan at medium heat.
2. Warm one tortilla in a large pan or griddle. Place tortilla flat onto serving plate and add 1/4 cup of rice and beans, distributing evenly. Add 1/4 cup of the pork (no sauce) and distribute evenly. Add 1 oz of cheese.
3. Fold tortilla over about 1 inch from both the left and right sides towards the center. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla about halfway over filling and roll away from you to close. Place burrito seam down on a plate.
4. Pour remaining Pork Chile Verde sauce evenly over the burrito and garnish with remaining cheese. Place in microwave for approximately 20 seconds or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
