I live for these tights. They are true to size, stretchy and soft. I buy them bigger because at 5'10” I need the taller inseam and these are perfection. I'm 5'2”, about 185lbs, and carry my weight in the lower half. I got an XL and these fit really well. They definitely hold you in so they can feel tight, so I'm glad I went with the XL, but I was able to move around super easily and no ripping or runs. If you don't want these to feel as tight, I would size up. Great value for the price as well.
