first, the seller took weeks to send the toy car even though the listing stated 3-4 day shipping. i alerted the seller that the event has past and no longer want the toy car since it has not been shipped yet. i started the return process through the Walmart app and several days later the seller reached out to ne telling me that they are sure i will like the product and i just need to wait a few more days for it to ship. when i declined again they offered $20 discount. when i declined again, they sai they had to ship it anyway and told me i was not allowed to refuse delivery. another week goes by and the fedex truck pulls up while im outside and when i learned it was the toy car i refused delivery. keep in mind this is a few weeks after i was supposed to receive it. now they wont refun my money. this is the last time I order anything from Walmart marketplace. My last order from Walmart was delivered in an unmarked car and they drove through my yard after dropping off the order. I called Walmart to inform them and they never called me back. clearly there is a lack of concern all the way around with this company. I would steer clear of buying anything through the Walmart app. you'll actually spend more time to the point where you'll actually lose money if you consider all the time you spend going back and forth with them. No wonder everybody shops at Amazon.
