Perfect for Paleo Diet
I follow a paleo diet and it has been tough to find pasta alternatives that have any sort of tolerable taste. I am happy to say that this is one of the best brands I've tried so far. The ingredients are all paleo compliant and it is a high quality brand. I have used this for several different kind of recipes. Be sure to read the back of the package carefully to make sure your pasta does not become mushy. I wish that the size of the box could be a little bit bigger. Will definitely be repurchasing this product again!

Perfect for when craving for pasta but cannot have gluten
I love this pasta because the ingredients are gluten free and is AIP compliant. I boil it in salty water until it is soft to chew (not el dente - softer) then I rise in cool water so it keeps its shape. I then drain well, drizzle with oil. Delicious taste. I eat sparingly because it is high in carbohydrates. I use it with garlic, prawn & basil.

Excellent
Medical Medium recommends this brand, so I'm confident of its quality. It's only composed of organic cassava flour and water, and its gluten free, so its ingredients are safe. Its texture is soft and taste is light. It's packaged in a paper box, which is protective enough. Yet, I hope it can offer a bigger size.
