Jovial Grain Free Cassava Elbows 8 oz

I love this pasta because the ingredients are gluten free and is AIP compliant. I boil it in salty water until it is soft to chew (not el dente - softer) then I rise in cool water so it keeps its shape. I then drain well, drizzle with oil. Delicious taste. I eat sparingly because it is high in carbohydrates. I use it with garlic, prawn & basil.

Bought during a gluten-free macaroni craving, I compared a number of gluten-free macaroni products that week! The cassava makes these ones really filling and satisfying, much like traditional pasta, but still tastes really good, and it absorbs sauce well. Overall good quality, good size portion for two people out of one box, due to the density of the ingredients, and a good choice if you're looking for a more vegetable-based 'flour'
