Jovial 100% Organic Gluten Free White Cheddar Box Mac & Cheese, Packaged Meal, 6 oz

this is the only brand of gluten-free corn-free macaroni and cheese mix that I have ever been able to find. it uses brown rice pasta which is a little firm but not mushy or soggy like some. has a nice chewy texture. the cheese is white cheddar and you barely put any milk in it at all and barely put any butter in it so you're not adding anything extra and best of all it doesn't taste like powdered cheese like Kraft macaroni and cheese does it tastes like virtually fresh cheese and it is perfect. it's supposed to be three or four servings in a box but I can eat half to a whole box in one setting. I usually make some vegetable or something in with it but it is just delicious! I'll spice it up with a few seasonings. I just wish there was more gluten-free prepared stuff like this that doesn't have preservatives (etc .) in it. however I would find it more convenient if Walmart actually carried it in the store and have instead of having to ship it to me all the time. and they could lower the price a bit. it's like $4 a box when Kraft macaroni and cheese is like a dollar or something. but everything gluten free and corn-free is expensive by nature. don't ask me why it cost more to put less ingredients and stuff. It makes no sense to me. the box is labeled gluten-free but I judged the product was corn free based on the ingredients. for anyone out there who has corn allergies the majority of products do not label their stuff going free even so they may not include corn in the ingredients. of course there's always a risk of cross-contamination. but often times organic stuff can be corn-free.
