The Best Gluten-Free Pasta!

Jovial makes the best Gluten-Free Pasta. I've tried many of their varieties. They all taste like regular pasta and cook up very tender. I love the lasagna noodles! I always boil them according to the directions on the box. I also use the recipe on the box (but I add some ground meat and shredded zucchini to my sauce) and it cooks perfectly. The noodles stay nice and tender. It also freezes and reheats well too!

Almost as good as gluten lasagna!

This is seriously almost as good as the real thing (gluten). I absolutely love Jovial pastas. With the lasagna though. I do recommend pre cooking it even though it says you don't have to. It gets crunchy and the texture isn't very good without precooking. It's a pain but worth the effort. It's the best gluten free organic option out there !
