Journee Womens Carly Stacked Heel Riding Boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have battled my entire life trying to find calf height boots that will work with my extra wide calf. These are adorable, comfortable, and fit. I will shop with Journey again. My only hesitation is I can't always find the information on the calf size for every extra wide calf boot they have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a boot that fits my calf! I've had such a hard time finding boots that actually fit my calves. This is the first pair that's ever worked. A "regular" wide calf may have worked for me, but honestly - I'd like to have a little breathing room at the top. The extra large calf was perfect for what I was looking for. I am also very short (5'1") and these boots don't come up too far and press into the back of my thigh/knee. The soles are not super comfortable yet, although they do fit my wide feet just fine. They may just need to be broken in and I'm sure a thicker sock will help. The zippers are mostly good but on one of the boots the zipper tends to get stuck on the thing that's supposed to stop the zipper getting stuck. A little annoying but hasn't been a big problem or kept me from being able to get them on or off. I haven't had them long so I can't speak to how they hold up with regular wear. But I plan to wear them a lot this fall, so time will tell! Fingers crossed because it would be great to have a brand that I can order from again in the future.
