I like this dress. Sleeves are full but match style of dress. There is a lining under top part of skirt and a little elastic band in the middle of the back. It runs pretty true to size and needs to be pulled over your head. Do not believe reviews that make it sound like it runs two sizes larger.

I bought this joie dress in the darker blue tones. It is pretty, very well made and looks expensive. The tag shows a MSRP of $268.00. Previous reviews said it ran large; so I bought it in size large instead of extra large (my usual). The fit is perfect. The sheer sleeves are great for me, as I have lymphedema in one arm and don't wear short sleeves or sleeveless.
