Stellar breakfast staple

Fantastic quality and worth the money. Great flavor, not excessively salty. Only downside is occasionally hit a little rock of gristle which is annoying. You will have multiple sausages that have them in each pack. Otherwise it's a great food. If you hate the greasy mess they make on a stove top try cooking them in the oven on some aluminum foil at 400. Bake for 10 minutes or so then flip. Check their temp with a thermometer (you need 160). One on each end, one in the middle. Easy way to make the whole pack with little mess or cleanup.

LOVE THIS CHORIZO!!

I grew up in very south Texas eating chorizo until I found out it had glands and lymph nodes in it. When I found this Johnsonville with only prime cuts in it and none of that toxic stuff, I had to try it and so glad I did. IT'S DELICIOUS!! Great flavor. Love it with eggs, but I also will add coconut rice to it and some mixed veggies and it is exceptional!!
